Javis Technologies - Executive - Customer Success (1-3 yrs)
Javis is looking for customer success experts to join the Gurgaon branch of our highly successful Customer Success team. In this role, you will be responsible for solving customer queries and sharing Javis' value proposition to the outside world.
What you will be doing :
- Along with the Customer Success Manager, you will help to identify and resolve challenges faced by customers while using our products
- Updating and documenting ticket management system in accurate and timely manner
- Effectively respond to customer queries, provide answers and be the person who will help throughout the journey
- First point of contact for customers to solve product related queries
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and retention
- Providing feedback and advocacy on customer pain-points to internal teams
- Escalating customer feedback as required
- Handling all business communication in professional manner
What you should have :
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong empathy for customers and passionate for problem solving
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficient verbal and written communications skills
- Hands on experience with ticketing management system (Freshdesk or any other) will give you brownie points
- Btech/BSc Comp Sci or Equivalent
