Job Title: Trainee - Career Development Executive

Job Location:


PAN India - 1st 6 months in Mumbai (Sakinaka, Chembur or Thane), later you would be transferred to your desired location across India (basis your choice).

Compensation Structure:

You would be hired as a Trainee for a period of 3 months and offered a salary of Rs. 32000/-. Based on your good performance (achieving or exceeding the target set for the first 3 months); effective the 4th month you would be designated as a Career Development Executive and your salary would be revised as below:

Fixed: 58,500/ month - 7,02,000/ annum

Performance cum continuity :


Bonus: 16,668/month - 2,00,000/ammun

Incentives: 25,000/month - 3,00,000/annum

Total: 1,00,168/month, 12,02,000/annum

Job Description:

- Identify opportunities through Web interaction, Telecalling, marketing events & advertisements.

- Validate and End to end management of leads generated through above mentioned activates

- Record and maintain the quality of leads and ensure progression of leads from identification to closure.

- Maintain a quality pipeline by targeting the right set of audience and weekly closure by continuous follow-up.

- Providing counselling to students and help them choosing the right learning module.

- Willing to travel within city limits convincing the customers (i.e. parents) to invest on Toppscholars learning app to improve their children's quality of education and academic result by establishing the unique value proposition on Toppscholars learning app.

- Ensuring end-to-end delivery and sustain the given targets.
