Thanks for taking interest in Sales position at Janardan Farms and Resorts.

Due to ongoing pandemic, we are only hiring for remote work from home positions on the following conditions :

1. You will be working remotely from your home to sell our products/plans/memberships/timeshare/real estate.

2. The work will be primarily calling up the interested leads given by the company and explaining/convincing them about the project, membership, or the investment. Apart from telephonic calls you will also be expected to follow up the clients through email and WhatsApp as needed or requested by the client.

3. Training, data, leadership, and guidance as required will be provided by the management. Leads for contacting will also be provided but candidates are welcome to follow up their personal leads also for successful sales.

Targets & Salary Pattern :

1. For the first month of joining, a sale of a minimum five times of the salary to be achieved which will form your target.

a. Example: if your salary is 10,000 rs your first month target will be 10,000x5= 50,000 rs

2. On successful achievement of target defined in the first month the candidate will be eligible for salary structure as follows :

a. Fixed salary, which will be of the total salary.

i. Example : 1/3 x 10,000= 3,334 rs will become fixed.

b. Variable Salary, which will be directly proportionate to the target achieved as mentioned in the first point in this section.

i. Example: 10,000 - 3,334 = 6,667 rs will become proportional to target

c. As the salary is proportional to the target even if half the target is achieved, salary will become half.

i. Example: if target of 25,000 rs is achieved salary will be 5,000 rs

d. Plus you will be entitled to a 3% bonus as an incentive for better performance over and above the target.
