Responsibilities

- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale

- Responding promptly to the customer inquiries

- The transition of unverified lead to verified customers

- Cold call to promote sales of products and services to potential customers

- Respond to telephonic inquiries

- Act as a contact between a company and its potential markets

- Record customer information

- Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy

- Advice on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's Degree

- 0.5 -2 years of experience

- Previous background of Hotel Management/crew/customer care/BPO will be a plus point

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly competitive setting.

- The candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi.

- Fluency in Tamil or Malayalam will be an added advantage.

- Strong communication and people skills
