- We are a software development company. We have primarily worked with enterprises and startups who often wants to build a product from scratch. Our mission is to build software with solid foundations, addressing the primary concerns of startup founders when working with agencies.

- As we look to expand our horizons, we are eager to venture into new territories, specifically working with government and public sector units (PSUs). We are looking for an individual who would be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and responding to tender opportunities, as well as independently crafting comprehensive and competitive software development proposals. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical and business acumen, with a deep understanding of the tendering process and the ability to articulate our value proposition to a new segment of clients.

Responsibilities :

1. Proactively search for and identify tender opportunities within government and PSU sectors.


- Evaluate these opportunities to determine their alignment with our capabilities and strategic goals.

2. Lead the end-to-end process of proposal development, including requirement gathering, solution design, pricing strategy, and proposal writing. Ensure proposals are compelling, technically sound, and aligned with the tender requirements.

3. Ensure all proposals meet the specific legal, technical, and administrative criteria of the tender. Oversee the submission process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of proposals.

4. Conduct thorough research to understand government and PSU project requirements, procurement processes, and key decision-makers.

About You :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

2. Proven experience in tender identification, application, and proposal writing, preferably with a focus on software development projects.

3. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce persuasive and clear proposals and presentations.

5. Knowledge of government and PSU procurement processes and regulations.

6. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tender processes simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
