- We are a software development company. We have primarily worked with enterprises and startups who often wants to build a product from scratch. Our mission is to build software with solid foundations, addressing the primary concerns of startup founders when working with agencies.

- We are seeking a Business Development Manager with focus on startup community to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in building and nurturing our presence within the startup community in India. The role involves presenting our offerings to startups, generating leads, and ultimately contributing to our sales growth.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance our visibility and engagement within the startup ecosystem.

2. Present our services and value propositions at startup events, seminars, and workshops.

3. Generate leads by networking with startup founders, accelerators, and investors.

4. Serve as the primary point of contact for startups interested in our services, guiding them through the initial engagement process.

5. Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to develop targeted outreach and promotional materials.

6. Stay abreast of trends and developments within the startup community to identify new opportunities for growth and collaboration.

About you :

1. Proven experience as an entrepreneur or within a startup ecosystem, with a solid understanding of the challenges and needs of startups.

2. Strong network within the startup community, including accelerators, VC firms, and angel investors.

3. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders.

4. Demonstrated ability to generate leads and drive sales in a technology-oriented environment.

5. Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.

6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
