Jaipuriya - National Sales Manager (6-7 yrs)
1. An eCommerce start up, dealing in ethnic Rajasthani garments for women [ Kurtis and Palazzos] is aggressively looking for National Sales Manager with an experience of approx 5 to 6 years in core off line sales [ through Distributor and Retail doors] . The company is planning to add Linen, Ethnic footwear and artificial jewellery to its product offerings. Company is registered as a Private Limited entity at Jaipur with its manufacturing unit, design workshop, and warehouse located at Jaipur.
2. The position holder will be primarily responsible for devising a sales strategy, building sales team, its incentive plan and generating sales from Dealers and develop company's forte in non eCommerce segment.
3. Position is based in Mumbai. However, the position holder will be expected to travel to various parts of the country in order to :
a. Create a dealer network, Undertake sales promotion and generate orders.
b. Building good relationship with the clients and achieving customer satisfaction
c. Negotiation and Closing sales
d. Undertake collection of dues
e. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
4. Joining Time - One month
5. CTC - 7 lacs / annum + Incentive
6. Skills - Candidates with proven track record, good written and spoken English and Marathi language, proficiency in excel, word and power point, Google adverts and SEO orientation will be preferred.
7. Education - A Commerce graduate, preferably with a diploma course in Textile/ Fashion stream
