Jaipuriya - Digital Marketing Manager - Contractual (6-7 yrs)
An E Commerce start up, dealing in ethnic Rajasthani garments for women [ Kurtis and Palazzos] needs a digital marketing manager on contract. The company is planning to add Linen, Ethnic footwear and artificial jewellery to its product offerings. Company is registered as a Private Limited entity at Jaipur with its manufacturing unit, design workshop, and warehouse located at Jaipur.
We are aggressively looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with an experience of approx 5 to 6 years in core digital marketing.
1. The position holder will be primarily responsible for devising a digital marketing strategy and Increase Company's digital presence on social media and web market places.
2. Position is based in Mumbai. However, the position holder will be expected to travel to various parts of the country in order to :
a. Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, Marketing database, email, social media, display advertising campaigns.
b. Design, build and maintain our social media presence
c. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals [ ROI and KPIs]
d. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights
e. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
f. Plan, execute and measure - experiment and conversion tests
g. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
h. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
i. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
j. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
k. Evaluate emerging technologies

4. CTC - 7 lacs / annum + Incentive
5. Skills - Candidates with
a. Proven working experience in digital marketing
b. Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/ SEM marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
c. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
d. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
e. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
f. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools [ Google Analytics, Net insight]
g. Working knowledge of ad serving tools [ DART, Atlas]
h. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google adverts campaign]
i. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JAVA script developments and constraints
j. Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking
k. Up to date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
6. Education - BS/MS degree in marketing or related field
