RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Coordinating with Corporates for corporate Tie-ups, Acquiring market information, Corporate gifting, and Meeting corporate people & understanding their needs.
- Well-organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity, and initiative to achieve both personal and corporate goals.
- Excellent presentation skills backed up by excellent computer skills.
- Consistent performance throughout the period achieving far more than the set targets.
- Seasonal & Occasion/ Event gifting, OEM/Contract manufacturing.
- Possessing excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead and work in concert with diverse groups effectively.
- Ability to build new territories and expand opportunities towards the achievement of stated targets.
- Catalog listing for corporates Reward & Recognition, Loyalty Redemption program,
- Brand Store activation, Seasonal & Occasion/ Event gifting, OEM/Contract manufacturing.
- Managing & working closely with reseller network, direct customers, and R&R/Loyalty/ Redemption & Brand store program operators.
- Responsible for generating leads from promotions, social media, exhibitions, Negotiation with Purchase managers to close the deals.
- Active street on feet by visiting local market vendors to identify new products been introduced in the Gifting category
REQUIREMENTS :
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word.
- Excellent communicator, analytical skills, customer-focused
- Understanding of marketing and negotiating technique, Hustler, Go-getter attitude.
