2. Should have worked with either NBFCs/Banks or OEMs in Agri space.
3 Should be skilled in appointment and management of channel partners.
4. Should be skillful in leading and mentoring large teams to drive performance.
5. Be able to manage state as a separate profit centre.
6. Should be target and result oriented.
7. Drive channel partners and vendors to maximize throughput.
8. Skilled in making presentations to local Govt. bodies, FPO, Large buyers inorder to drive scale
