Jai Kisan - Manager - Sales/Customer Care (2-7 yrs)
- Effectively represent/sell the brand and products by communicating with the existing consumer base and potential consumer
- Assist the existing network of dealers/FPOs, farmers etc in troubleshooting problems effectively
- Initiate communication with the existing consumer base to sell existing portfolio of products
- Use effective communication strategy to make the process seamless for the end consumer
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer need,cross sell and upsell and gather feedback on the consumer journey
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their concerns
- Build and maintain strong, trusted working relationships with users starting from onboarding and throughout the customer lifecycle
- Gain a thorough understanding of Jai Kisan and ensure consumers successfully adapt to different products/features
- Maintain data sanity and regular reports on productivity, Talk time, attendance, etc.
