- Tele Calling to the customer in Marathi
- Manage large amounts of incoming call
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Tele Verification for the Loan File
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Meet AMs team targets, send reports and call handling quotas
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Data Entry for vendor data, product data
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction
- Enabling & Disabling the users on Platform
- Tracking of activities on Platform
-Follow-ups on the files and documents
-Scheduling the Field Inspections for AMs
- Content & File maintenance
-Resolving customer issues over call.
