Jaguar Services is a privately funded company & is Tata group. Jaguar Services is into various businesses & recently they have entered into Consumer product division dealing with personal care, personal hygiene products. One of the premium brand being Tempo tissues & other personal care products.

Business Development Executive- CONSUMER PRODUCTS
Kolkata
Responsibilities
- Manage sales plan for the region, largely driven by the top customers based in region
- Appoint distributors as per plan and ensure distributor performance - fill rates, timely supplies
- Activate local chains (e.g. Noble Plus), top stores and local offices of national key accounts (e.g. Future Retail), and effectively liaise with them for business on weekly basis with office visits and meeting the concerned category management teams. This includes business development tasks like new listings, new linkings, etc.
- Identify and manage wholesalers in region
- Ensure rigorous follow ups for business with all customers with defined and pre-agreed frequency
- Achievement of monthly business plans in primary net sales value terms
- Appointment and day to day management of sub-distributors/stockists
- Work closely with the distributor to ensure distribution hygiene - timely supplies, optimum stock levels, payment discipline, fill rates, range selling
- Developing and enhancing relations with the outlets in assigned territory (both GT & MT), and initiate business with new outlets and trade partners i.e. wholesalers
- Manage and motivate distributor salesmen, build their capabilities to develop JSPL business
- Create and always be on top of - area development plan- - listing Go To Market priorities for developing the assigned area on key performance parameters
- Timely reporting
Skill/Experience
- High level of motivation to create a new brand/business
- Good communication skills
- Ideally owning a bike
- Educational background - MBA preferred
- Ability to travel within region - on a bi-weekly basis
- Graduate with 2-5 years of experience in consumer tissue business or FMCG personal care/consumer product division as a second option
- Reasonable fluency in English language
- Existing relationships with key tissue selling outlets in GT & MT
- Strong grip on managing day to day operations with large-sized distributors/stockists, including leading/motivating the distributors- sales teams
- Possessing proven abilities of result orientation and delivering beyond expectations
Location: Kolkata(East)
CTC: Up to 3 lakhs pa plus variable pay plus traveling & mobile expenses.
Additional details: JSPL is into consumer product division as well & have taken sole distributorship from a foreign company of Tempo Tissues & other personal care/personal hygiene products.
