What will be your role :-
Influencer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers across different verticals, fostering partnerships that align with our clients' objectives and brand image.
Industry Expertise : Stay at the forefront of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and emerging social media trends. Continuously research and evaluate potential influencers to keep our campaigns innovative and effective.
Idea Generation: Develop creative and impactful campaign ideas that are rooted in influencer activities and resonate with our target audience. Collaborate with the creative team to bring these ideas to life.
Sales and Client Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify potential clients' influencer needs and develop tailored strategies. Engage with clients to present influencer-driven concepts and strategies that align with their marketing goals.
Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring that influencers are aligned with campaign objectives and deliverables are met on time.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance team to manage influencer budgets effectively and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Also, someone with a good number of contacts of influencers - Micro, Mid-Tier, Macro, and Celeb profiles would be of high value.
What we are looking at :
a) Functional :
- Should be an organized, details oriented and digital business professional with not less than 6 years of experience in digital media.
- Sound knowledge of content management systems.
- Have a proven ability to analyse data and think critically.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and project management skills
b) Behavioural :
- Maintains composure under pressure.
- Should be able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Good team player able to work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
