JadeMolds & Tech Solutions India Pvt. Ltd is a Mohali based start-up established in 2019 providing engineering services in plastic product manufacturing to our US and other international clients.
Further, we are coming up with our own manufacturing facility near Mohali in the coming year, from where we will be providing services on behalf of our client which includes but is not restricted to sales and after sales support to our clients.
We are looking for a person to be a part of our team at JadeMolds to drive our goal of providing valuable and world class service to clients. This position requires focus on lead generation, sales and client support. The role requires the use of technology to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for new client acquisition
- End to end sales process from lead generation to business closure
- Short-term and Long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies
- Manage lead generation process via cold calls/emails/social media platforms
- Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications
- Train and ensure adherence to the sales process
- Cross-selling, outbound sales and reference sales
- Negotiation and repeat business
- Finding newer avenues for tapping clientele
- Responsible for achieving the set targets
- Serve as a basic point of contact for clients with complaints, queries, and feedbacks
- Prepare daily reports on tasks and activities performed
Candidate Profile :
- MANDATORY- Should have US accent or should be able to communicate with US clients comfortably over calls
- Must be experienced with international tech sales/ support
- Must be comfortable with US shift timing: 5:00 PM- 2:00 AM
- Applicants are required to possess at least a graduate degree in sales and marketing or business development
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in account management or business development roles
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Ability to communicate effectively with international clients and teams within the organization
- Strong IT skills, proficient with computer, Microsoft Office, and industry-specific applications
- Negotiation skills
- Quick learner, detail oriented and ability to adapt to new processes in limited time frame
