Responsibilities :
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Approach engage & acquire international clients.
- Ability to work on target and fast paced environment.
- Generate leads for our IT software company through various modes.
- Planning and executing the promotional strategy to expand business ethics on time reporting and proper documentation.
- Able to develop proposals and quotes for the clients.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Requirements and skills :
- Must have more than 4 years experience in international market with IT company.
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
- Dynamic, result oriented and ability to work independently.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and negotiable skills.
- Time management and planning skills.
- Ready to travel as per business needs.
