Job Description for a Customer Service Officer Role

Responsibilities :

- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.


- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.

- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.

Salary (CTC) Range : 3 to 4.5 Lakhs Per Annum.

Requirements :

- HSC freshers are welcomed.

- Good Communication Skills

- Must be comfortable working from the office.

- Immediate Joiner.
