Responsibilities : 

- Concept, write, and edit copy for a variety of software/cloud product releases working closely with the Product
The management team in an agile methodology

- Write original content and edit communication materials both on and offline.

- Develop & update project news announcements, advertisements, email copies, press releases, key messages, fact sheets, & other collateral material as needed.

- Gather information, use cases, from product managers and other team members, use in all documentation and knowledge management.

- Monitor technology trends and best practices such as emerging standards for new opportunities to improve technical documentation.

Experience & Competencies : 

- Demonstrate a capacity to plan, prioritize and deliver tasks on time to meet goals on a highly pressured environment

- Excellent short-form and long-form writing skills in a variety of voices and tones.

- Strong English writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.

- An ability to craft language and communication to multiple target audiences

- Strong interpersonal, presentation and verbal communication skills

- Should be well versed with marketing technology landscape including custom web development, cloud, and social media.
