Job Description: Relationship Officer/ telecalller executive
Location: WORK FORM OFFICE
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: 1 WEDNESDAY
Salary: - 10,000-15000 per month + Incentives
Job Summary :
- We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they have a positive experience with our services.
- This role requires excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Communication : Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and provide them with appropriate solutions.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Feedback Handling : Address client queries and complaints promptly and effectively, turning any negative feedback into a positive experience.
Follow-ups : Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Reporting : Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and issues, and report these to the management.
Languages : Proficiency in Hindi and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Customer Service Orientation : A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build rapport with clients and manage relationships effectively.
Problem-Solving Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to turn negative experiences into positive ones.
Time Management : Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client interactions and follow-ups efficiently.
Adaptability : Ability to adapt to different client needs and tailor communication styles accordingly.
