iVentureLabs - Email Marketing Role (1-8 yrs)
1. Email Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance. Coordinate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to create engaging email content.
2. List Segmentation and Management : Segment subscriber lists based on demographics, behavior, and engagement to personalize email content and improve campaign effectiveness. Continuously update and maintain email lists to ensure accurate and compliant data.
3. Content Creation and Optimization : Craft persuasive email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective content strategies.
4. Email Automation : Implement email automation workflows, including welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, re-engagement campaigns, and other automated sequences to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
5. Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign success. Identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven strategies to enhance performance.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as an Email Marketing Specialist, Email Marketing Executive, or similar role.
3. Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, or similar.
4. Experience with email automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
