iTransparity - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Profile:
- New Business Sales
- Generate your own leads and close your own pipeline of business.
- Should be able to make excellent pitches which include creative, functional & business aspects from the client perspective.
- You will identify cross sell opportunities and ensure that you identify which of the suite of our solutions is right for each client.
- Ability to work in & achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets
- Co-ordination with the Founders & Management in terms of leads and new appointments.
- Approaching and meeting prospective clients wherein you will get leads and make a pitch.
- Ensuring that one on one meeting with the client is fixed up for better business prospects.
- Making presentations to the client on Company's business and functioning.
- Nurturing relationships with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Revenue generation through new and existing clients.
- Developing relevant business proposals under the guidelines of Founders & Management.
- Handling meeting with key clients and team handling.
- Process management
- You will be expected to manage the sales process and ensure that your paperwork is complete and up to date.
- Responsible for daily and weekly reports that go to the client for smooth functioning.
- P&L responsibility of the digital agency business.
- Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio.
- Understanding client goals/objectives and their entire digital marketing needs including Tech(Websites, Softwares, Apps), Digital Marketing - Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media, SEO, Display Advertising. Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, eCommerce Management& more.
- Work jointly with internal team to drive campaign strategy & development\
Desired Profile:
- 1-2+ years of experience in a business development / client servicing role, selling core digital advertising solutions.
- Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing and digital activations.
- Great communication, presentation skills and client servicing skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proactive and a self-starter.
