Profile:

- Senior level person, educated preferably from an Art College with work experience in reputed advertising agency/design firm.

- Ability to work /think independently, excellent design sense as well as ideation qualities, passionate about delivering brand solutions.

- Creative conceptualization, art direction & designing concept based layouts as per the brief understanding.

- Should be an independent visualiser but also a team player.

- Should know video editing, animation skills.

- Should be involved from concept to artwork.

- Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Building a creative environment for the creative team to work in and overseeing ideas and projects.

- Taking responsibility for the creative philosophy and the standard of creative output across the agency or department

- Developing ideas for advertising or promotional campaigns

- Pitching concepts to clients if you work at an agency, or presenting to directors.

- Overseeing several projects from start to finish, keeping to deadlines, and signing off on these projects before they are presented

- Liaising with clients to keep them informed and to highlight any issues

- Understanding the commercial aspects of the agency or marketing department

- Managing the creative team.

- You will be busy working to tight deadlines and juggling multiple projects. This high-pressure environment can be stressful at times.

- The role is office based but you will be expected to network and socialise regularly with clients and attend a range of industry events and exhibitions.
