At ITP Media, a Conference Producer is responsible for his/her conference from inception to delivery. The Conference Producer should have strong interpersonal skills, be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and a keen, intellectually curious mind. This full time role will involve overseas travel.

Responsibilities:

- Primary and secondary research through feedback from industry experts

- Designing content for agenda, the brochure that meets the stated needs of the market

- Collaborating with associations and other groups to promote and discuss conference and events

- Validating the content and key topics and dates of the conference through industry experts and management

- Developing marketing, sales (delegate and sponsorship), website, data and logo design brief

- Acquiring speakers and key decision makers from industry and government bodies

- Briefing sales and marketing team

- Coordinating services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, conference and other facilities, displays and audio-visual equipment

- Managing speakers from vendor companies

- Coordinating with sales, marketing and operation team for smooth sailing of the conference

- Onsite execution; attending and overseeing conferences, including providing the opening introduction, speaker assistance and support

- Plan for social events, entertainment and gatherings for participants and promote conference and meeting services and special events

- Multi-tasking on different projects simultaneously and working closely with other departments

- Keeping up-to-date with the current trends and developments of the market, industry networking, developing ideas for conferences; maintaining existing relationships with speakers and potential sponsors
