Profile : IT Sales Executive (BDE)

As an IT Sales Executive(BDE), you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base within the IT sector. You will identify potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored IT solutions to meet their requirements. Your role will involve building strong relationships, managing the sales process, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Identify and Prospect Clients : Research and identify potential clients in need of IT solutions and services

2. Client Engagement : Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.

3. Needs Assessment : Understand client requirements and pain points to propose suitable IT solutions.

4. Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.

5. Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.

6. Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

7. Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

8. Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Experience : 2-5 years of proven experience in IT sales.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.

- Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and services.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Sales Acumen : Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Customer Focus : Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Problem-solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Negotiation : Proficient in negotiation and closing sales deals.

- Team Player :Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.

- LinkedIn Proficiency : Active on LinkedIn for networking, prospecting, and client engagement.
