ITILITE Technologies - Presales Role (5-10 yrs)
The successful candidate will join a strong technical-commercial sales team supporting existing and impending product lines. They will work closely with sales, product and engineering to assist in developing and delivering conference presentations and providing product demonstrations.
Essential Responsibilities:
- The Pre-Sales Engineer will support our sales team, customer and coordinating with Product, Engineering and Implementation teams.
- Supporting sales team, product demonstrations, preparing customer reports and ensuring swift sales follow up
- Responding to customer's Security Assessment Questionnaires, Data Security Questionnaires, Privacy, Quality etc
- Should have good exposure and experience w.r.t creating business / commercial proposals and responding to RFQs / RFPs etc.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Product offering, Industry trends and competitive offerings
- Management of demonstration instance, configuring the app for Prospective customers, customizing workflows, policies etc.
- Knowledge of latest tools, technologies and innovations, e.g., knowledge of bots, AI/ML, etc. would be a plus
Job Requirements :
- Technical and commercial credibility is essential along with strong communication
- Team Spirit - to work simultaneously with channel Sales, Product/Engineering, Implementation teams and the Customer
- Good communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English
- Be willing to travel
- Ability to work independently with good ethical standards
Qualifications (Experience, Education and Competencies) :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / MSc required
- Min 5 years- experience in Technical/Consultative selling, preferably with a Start-up as Pre-Sales Engineer
- Excellent cross functional skill, ability to empathize and work in partnership with sales colleagues around the globe as well as Product and Engineering
