Job roles and responsibilities
1. Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
2. To analyse and prepare operational reports for your department for submission to your line manager.
3. Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and Increasing client base
4. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives
5. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
6. Conduct research to identify new markets, segments and customer needs
7. Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and financials.
8. Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations.
9. Brainstorming with the business development team to create new project strategies.
10. Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
Competencies and Skills required :
1. Should have 3-5 years of Logistics industry experience
2. Should have a knowledge about marketing & sales
3. Excellent transaction negotiation and closing skills.
4. Sound commercial insight and experience and be able to demonstrate strong
analytical and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients.
