ITESKUL - Telesales Role (0-2 yrs)
ITESKUL is a foreign language school that was established in 2001. We currently teach 12 foreign languages and have close to 1200 students that are associated with us.
We need a tele-sales rep who could help us with the following:
1. Convert incoming leads to enroll for courses that the institute offers. Counsel students and ensure they pick the right course that best suits their requirements
2. Maintaining student database and assisting the management with the required information as and when needed
Required skill sets:
1. Excellent verbal and non verbal communication skills
2. Fluency in English, Marathi & Hindi
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
4. People-friendly and good interpersonal skills
5. Problem solving and flexibility
