Job Summary :

- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales manager to lead our sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading and expanding the sales team, and driving our company to achieve and surpass sales goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales goals by training, motivating ,mentoring, and providing feedback.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.

- Liaise with the Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.

- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the sales team is on board.

- Report on sales results to company executives and provide feedback and recommendations.

Requirements :

- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Director, preferably in the software or technology industry.

- Experience managing a high-performing sales team.

- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.

- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.

- Strong communication and team management skills.

- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.

- Availability to travel as needed.

- A degree in Business Administration or relevant field; an MBA is a plus
