iTech - Executive - Business Development (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
- Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals and cold calling.
- Meet the assigned targets and meetings or exceeding expectations
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills
- Strong experience in prospecting, qualifying, and generating new leads
- Experience in cold calling and creating email marketing campaigns
- Market research experience in improving sales growth
- Exceptionally strong communication skills and self-starter
- Ready to travel
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Software Products will be an added advantage
