Position: Inside Sales Executive/Asst. Managers for International Markets, Location: Bangalore.

Job Description/Key Responsibilities:

Here's where you come in..

The Inside Sales Executive/Asst. Manager will generate new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect into business accounts. You'll learn how to identify and research lists of companies to target, and how to develop email and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities. The Inside Sales Executive will conduct high-level conversations with senior executives about their IT challenges, business, marketing challenges and their operations. The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team. This position has advancement potential within the sales organization, and the compensation package includes a generous commission structure.

Role:

Partner with Business Development team to close new business and drive revenue growth in the market place, using an aggressive marketing/lead generation program

Prospecting to identify and qualify new IT projects/business opportunities (speaking to CxO, VP, Directors etc)

Readily articulate a comprehensive understanding of services/solutions offerings to a client's critical business issues in English

Creating and maintaining Database of prospective clients

Extensive research on prospective clients, decision makers, IT landscape

Provide accurate and timely sales reports

Required Skills and Competencies:

Fresher / 0-2 (max) Yrs. Experience in Lead Generation/Inside Sales / any Business Development role. Asst. Manager 2 - 4 Yrs. of relevant experience.

Very Good Oral and Written communication skills in English

Readily articulate comprehensive understanding of services/solutions offerings to a client's critical business issues

Good, engaging phone presence

Aptitude to grasp IT related and vertical/ industry knowledge

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science (IT or related field would be preferred). Preferably MBA in Sales/Marketing.

Other Information:

Willingness to work in US(5.30PM till 2.30 AM)/Europe timings (11.30 Noon till 8.30pm)
