IT Sales Role (6-8 yrs)
- Academic Background: B com/BA/B. Tech. (Electronics/IT)/MBA or an equivalent recognized diploma in IT engineering
- General Accountability: To handle the end-to-end connectivity needs of a set of Key accounts. Ensure the sales & Revenue targets are achieved by selling IT Products (Laptop/Workstations/Server etc,), IT Solutions(Networking/Data Security..), IT Projects, Cloud, Voice, Audio/Video.
- Nature and Scope - The role is responsible for identifying & developing new leads from new/existing accounts, coordinating first kick-off meetings, reviewing customer requirements, and identifying Company capabilities for designing resolutions and project take-off. - Further, the role handles day-to-day customer management operations and resolves customer issues and complaints promptly.
