IT Sales Role (4-15 yrs)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To generate Sales for the organisation by responding to the Inbound Leads, qualifying them, and moving them through deal-making stages
- Understand prospective business's needs, and offering solutions and support with the goal to convert them into opportunities
- Answering queries through emails and follow up calls
- Closing Sales and working with prospects through the closing process
- Working with Pre-Sales and Engineering teams to determine the best solution to prospect's problem statement
- Working with Finance and other teams to track payments and invoices
MANDATORY SKILLS :
1. Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in English Language
2. Extensive exposure in Inbound Lead conversion and Sales in IT domain is mandatory
3. Self-motivated and Self-directed (IC role)
4. Go-getter with persuasive and goal-oriented thought process
5. Knowledge of End-to-End Sales Process
6. Experience in Sales in US/UK/Canada region is mandatory
7. Strong computer skills including tools like Microsoft # Office Suite
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Graduate degree or equivalent
EXPERIENCE :
3 - 12 years of Extensive Sales Experience
PREFERRED SKILLS :
IT Services Sales experience is preferred, IT products sales experience can also be looked at Experience in CRM is preferred
