IT Sales Role (3-4 yrs)
Job Title - IT Sales
Job Location - Kundalahalli Gate, Bangalore-560066
Experience - 3-4 years in IT Sales
Summary :
- Identify potential customers that would need IT services and products.
- Develop mutually beneficial business relationships with the customers by meeting their IT stack holders.
- Build relationships with vendors and to make sure that products are reasonable enough and leaves scope for an optimal margin;
- Maintain a healthy rapport with all customers and vendors
- Dynamic and hunger for business atitude. Candidate will carry a quota to acheive quarter on quarter. Outbound in-person calls, communication by phone and email to key people in named accounts.
- Initiate conversations with decision makers, qualify and manage inquiries, identify and understand business needs, and create new business opportunities within an assigned territory/ Accounts. Create Account Profiling sheet and key people profiles.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reports. Collaborate and identify opportunities and create a pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns. Maintain lead records and activities.
Need to know
- Should have demonstrated capability to identify and engage clients. Should have developed relationships in these organizations that can be leveraged in the present position.
- Should have a deep understanding of the functioning of IMS.
- Should have sufficient understanding of the relevant technology;
- Should know the prevalent rates for IMS in various areas;
Able to :
- Drive sales.
- Professionally represent the organization by all means (personal, email, phones, social networking, presentations etc);
- Make persuasive business presentations with customers and management;
- Manage relationships with customers, OEMs, Vendors and colleagues;
- Motivate others in the team by setting himself as an example.

- Must be a team player and must demonstrate his focus on organizational goals in all his actions;
- Must be fair and ethical while conducting business;
- Ensure that all reports required by management are sent on time.
- Constantly endeavor to keep the Company database updated with all relevant information;
- Practice highest ethics whilst conducting business dealings with customers, consultants and fellow employees;
- Follow all HR policies of the Company particularly those that pertain to punctuality, leaves, breaks and travel expenses.
