Isthara - Executive - Inside Sales (3-5 yrs)
Position: Senior sales Executive - Inside Sales
Location: Hyderabad, India
Reporting to: Manager, Inside Sales
SUMMARY :
- The role will be under the direction of Manager, Inside Sales. The Executive will be responsible for contacting, following up and converting leads generated via the lead generation funnel.
- She/he will be a part of the inside sales team that engages with customers using various tools of communication available at his/her disposal.
- This individual will work in a dynamic, collaborative, cross-functional and cross-cultural environment
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in lead scoring leads generated on a daily basis.
- Create and maintain a lead funnel.
- Communicate with potential customers using voice or email to push them down the purchase funnel.
- Converting the leads
- Being the trusted partner for the customer on the product being sold.
- Provide product information and assist in answering queries.
- Work closely with the operations team to manage timely check-in.
- Participate in workshops when required.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 2-5 years' experience in inside sales either Inboud or Outbound channels.
- Proven track record of working in inside sales
- Languages English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada for Bengaluru market
- Past experience with CRM is preferred.
