ISquareSoft - Executive - Customer Support (0-2 yrs)
Main responsibilities include :
- Check the queue to work the cases as they come in
- Update open cases periodically and respond to any enquires from a case
- Follow up with all opened cases until they get resolved
Main requirements
- Fluency in English (advanced) oral and written
- Customer service experience
- Great communication skills
- Commitment and ability to work on a fast pace dynamic environment
Preferred requirements
- Team player with a focus on commitment and collaboration
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
