Purpose of the role:

The Senior Executive - Rental Sales will be responsible for managing rental enquiries and sales & marketing for rentals vertical.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Duties and responsibilities normally performed within this role.

Achieving rental targets, which is included but not limited to : 

- Handling all enquiries and reaching out to potential renters through various mediums

- Recording all enquiries in a timely manner and maintaining the home calendar

- Coordinating and planning all rental stays with local ground team

- Coordinating home maintenance from time to time with Operations team

- Creating monthly financials of the rental earnings

- Communicating the month end earnings with homeowners

- Sending out homeowner MIS for rental homes

- Homeowner coordination regarding their stays, home maintenance, etc.

- Team training and motivation

Skills Required:

A young entrepreneurial individual, who is eager to learn, proactive, which is included, but not limited to :

- Speaks fluent English, second language is preferred

- Be well versed and efficient with Microsoft Office

- Someone who is a go getter, motivated, can achieve targets, and wants to join a young exciting organization for the long run.

We are looking for a young entrepreneurial individual, who is eager to learn, proactive, which is included, but not limited to -

- Someone with a minimum of 3-4 years of work experience, preferably at a start-up or own venture

- Someone below 30 years of age and is Mumbai based

- Individual has held previous management/leadership experience
