Isprava - Executive/Senior Executive - Presales/Sales (2-4 yrs)
Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all initial interactions with UHNIs, relationship building with clients, inter-department coordination, and communication to ensure efficient client management. You'll deliver relevant information on upcoming projects to the clients and get them to do property viewing/ meetings with our Sales head.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that relationship with clients is maintained throughout the product lifecycle
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis on a regular basis
- Establish new clients/leads through existing databases, clients, and other avenues
- Ideate and track offline and online campaigns with the marketing team to ensure the consistent inflow of qualified leads/inquiries
- Create and maintain reports for Sales metrics using MS Office and our CRM system.
- Ideating with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relations team to come up with new innovative pre-sales experiences and to improve the process flow
Qualifications
- 2-4+ years' of luxury sales experience
- Impeccable written and spoken communication skills
- Proficient with MS office - specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Data recording and report generation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
