Isprava - Assistant Manager - Rental Sales (5-7 yrs)

Purpose of the role:
The Assistant Manager - Rental Sales person will act as internal sales expert and partner with the locations to help assess, measure and enhance the performance of revenue generation activities connected with counter sales effectiveness, which is included but not limited to :
a. Supervise the enquiries on a daily basis and in line with business strategy.
b. Respond to all enquiries, generating proposals, following-up on sales leads and converting it to account.
c. Drive Revenue Through:
- Increasing Sales conversion
- Leading and driving team
- Coaching team
- Handling inbound & Outbound Sales
Execution responsibilities:
- Duties and responsibilities normally performed within this role.
Achieving rental targets, which is included but not limited to :
- Handling all enquiries and reaching out to potential renters through various mediums
- Recording all enquiries in a timely manner and maintaining the home calendar
- Coordinating and planning all rental stays with Goa team
- Coordinating home maintenance from time to time with Operations team
- Creating monthly financials of the rental earnings
- Communicating the month end earnings with homeowners
- Achieving the revenue targets
- Driving the rental sales team
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support and direction to the enquiry team relating to team performance and development
- To ensure all policy, standards and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to by the team
- Ensure all enquiries are responded to within the timeframes outlined within the standard operating procedures
- Process incoming enquiries, converting into contracted bookings and when required coordinating course requirements for all event types
- Supervise the team ensuring the cancellation policies are adhered to and complaints are effectively managed
- Implement and perform day to day control of a quality auditing system reviewing yield management and rate decisions
- Track conversion levels, ensure we have a strong control of the availability diary and that enquiries/bookings are turned around efficiently
- To take an active role in the revenue management meetings, accurately reporting on enquiry and business conversion activity
- Liasioning with International Business partners for a streamlined process flow
- Assess and analyze business needs with recommendations on training plans and programs to enhance knowledge and skills
- Work cross-functionally between various departments to help measure, analyze and enhance the performance of revenue generation activities connected with counter sales effectiveness
- Identify and analyze areas of revenue generation opportunities for products and/or services in support of business goals and monitor locations overall effectiveness throughout the sales process
- Run and participate in various meetings and conference calls whenever required
- To ensure rental sales team have a thorough understanding of sales targets and the forecast.
- Effectively and efficiently coach rental sales team on specific sales techniques.

Sales Skills:
- Relevant sales training (e.g. selling technique skills, effective enquiry handling, negotiation skills, advanced sales call center training)
- Understanding Sales funnel
- Understanding Sales Strategies etc
Other Requirements:
- Ability to Travel 60 - 70%
- Prior experience or involvement in: sales training, leadership development, and customer/client service
- Should come with an experience of managing & driving a sales team with training & coaching ability.
- 5+ years of working experience in training / coaching the rental sales team to achieve the rental sales performance targets
- MBA (preferred), Bachelors- degree from a premier institution
