ISO Certification Sales Role (2-6 yrs)
Job Description:
As an ISO Certification Sales Executive, your main responsibility is to drive sales and revenue growth by promoting ISO (International Organization for Standardization) certification services to prospective clients as provided by TCL. You will be tasked with identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that align with relevant ISO standards and certification requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients who could benefit from ISO certification services. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media to generate leads.
Client Consultation : Engage with prospective clients to understand their business operations, challenges, and objectives. Conduct through needs assessments to determine how relevant ISO certification can add value to their organization.
Solution Presentation : Present tailored ISO certification solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits of certification in terms of quality improvement, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and market competitiveness. Clearly articulate the value proposition and ROI of obtaining ISO certification.
Proposal Development : Prepare comprehensive proposals outlining the scope of ISO certification services, project timelines, pricing, and terms of engagement. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales support, technical experts, and legal counsel to develop customized proposals that address client requirements.
Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize contracts for ISO certification services. Overcome objections and address client concerns to ensure successful deal closure. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, negotiations, and contract details.
Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the certification process, serving as a trusted advisor and resource.
Market Research and Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes related to ISO certification. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Collaboration with Marketing : Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, case studies, and client success stories that showcase the benefits of ISO certification. Participate in marketing campaigns and events to generate awareness and demand for ISO certification services.
Performance Tracking and Reporting : Monitor sales performance metrics such as pipeline development, conversion rates, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction levels. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the B2B or consulting services industry.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client needs and develop customized solutions.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales prospecting and lead generation.
