iSmile Technologies - Social Media Specialist (3-6 yrs)
Develop, launch and manage organic and paid campaigns that promote your organisation and brand with influencers across the social media platforms
Develop new ways to generate leads from social media tactics not limited to posting on social media groups, pages activities only
Execute social media strategies to reach lead gen objective, enhance online reputation and audience growth
Create weekly social media planner and content calendar include social headlines and copy for posts, ads, images, hastags and campaigns and CTAs
Create engaging multimedia content as per brand guideline across multiple platforms
Weekly analyzes metrics and adjusts action plan as needed; prepares social media reports on a daily/weekly basis and effectively present to Senior Management.
Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 4-6 years- experience in end to-end social media campaign creation, execution and tracking performance
Proven track record for developing original content programs along with B2B SoMe campaign experience
Excellent writing, storytelling, and creative/ graphic design skills
Knowledge of cloud technologies and/or digital transformations
Understanding of the SME's B2B buying cycle and demand generation.
