iSmile Technologies is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager, who can help grow our inbound marketing leads, digital outreach and end to end digital campaign strategies and implementation.

Responsibilities:

- Develop multi-channel digital campaigns includes but not limited only to webinars program, email, influencer program, SEO/SEM, referral program, website etc. that drive lead acquisition and awareness

- Own digital campaigns end-to-end - Including planning campaign objectives, ROI metrics, timeline schedules, demand generation strategy, creation of digital assets, A/B testing, execution, optimization, and post campaign reporting

- Research and recommend creative and innovative digital campaign tactics and experiences based on data and insights.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Work with content writer in creating marketing collaterals websites, flyers, digital presentations, videos, digital images, etc.

Desired Skills:

- 5+ years of marketing experience, specifically working on digital marketing programs generating leads and results for IT software and services

- Minimum 2 years of experience working with HubSpot

- Experience in conducting Webinars, email marketing and influencer Programs.

- Experience in US market will be preferred

- Prior experience in lead generation specially from inbound marketing

- Experience working with SEO and PPC tools (i.e. SemRush, AHREFS, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics)

- Experience working with CRO tools (i.e. Hotjar, Google Optimize, VWO)

- Working knowledge of HTML and popular content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
