Do you have a passion for writing and an innovative ability to create successful marketing campaigns and aid in creating company growth? If so, Ismile Technology is recruiting content writers. You will be responsible for generating exciting and compelling stories on both digital and print sources of media. Furthermore, this is an unpaid internship and we are flexible with the hours: 20-40 hours/week depending on your background, skills, and availability.

You can also use this internship program towards a school credit.

Responsibilities :

- Optimize content using SEO best practices

- Completing writing projects, meeting deadlines and following content requirements in terms of style and project specifications (blog posts, short-form copy/content for social media, reports, infographics etc.)

- Developing and suggesting engaging and creative content

- Proofreading and revising content

- Working with various technical teams to define their content needs

- Collaborating with the marketing team to align content with marketing strategy

- Conducting content-related research, as well as qualitative and quantitative research to understand trending topics and target audience

Qualifications :

- University degree or college diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism and/or Communications or relevant work experience

- Experience in full life cycle project management

- Proficiency in major digital and print platforms

- Exceptional writer and storyteller with an interest in writing about technology and digital transformation

- Experience writing in different tones and for different stages of the buying cycle

- Understanding grammar rules, flow, readability, and sentence variety

- Detail-oriented, organized, committed to deadlines, and flexible

- Committed to factual and impactful content

- Computer literacy to create projects and work collaboratively with teams

- The ability to cooperate with other writers and editors to complete projects

- An understanding of search engine optimization best practices

- The ability to give feedback on writing projects

Note : This is an unpaid opportunity to work remotely. You will be issued a certificate of completion at the end of your internship. Also, we offer you the opportunity for free training on GCP, Microsoft Azure, AWS, IBM etc.
