Ismile Technologies seeking a highly motivated and target achiever head of sales to leads its Sales dept. wing who will be responsible for engaging in strategies and direct sales activities with new and existing logo accounts to grow the business focusing on Cloud, Managed Services, Digital Transformation Services, and Product led opportunities.

Responsibilities :

- Define, develop and maintain a sales strategy in the target account/customer group, focus would be to add new logo accounts

- Be accountable for delivering pipeline for Sales; consistently analyzing top of the funnel metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue influenced across different segments

- Conduct presentations to existing and potential customers in support of the sales function.

- Build a performance-oriented sales and business development team. Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales reps.

- Prepares sales, revenue forecasts, and KPI reporting for leaderships weekly or as agreed

- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key customers and technology partners to develop more business opportunities

- Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Delivery, and Marketing


Required Experience :

- 10+ years of sales experience and understanding customer needs related to one or more of the following:

- Managed Services (Cloud, Monitoring, System Admin, Data recovery etc)

- Cloud Services and Solutions (such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, IBM)

- Data and Analytics solutions and services

- Infrastructure management solutions and services

- Software products

- Comfortable (& past experience) in carrying revenue targets, sales quotas, and sales discipline of book/bill/collect

- Prior experience working as Head of Sales / VP- Sales/Director- Sales

- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

- Sales, Leadership & Account Management Skills.

- Communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proven Track Record in the North American market.

Preferred - Attitude, Knowledge and Skills :

- Experience in the North American Market

- Background in IT Infrastructure and Services

- Experience presenting strategy and roadmap to internal business leaders
