ISHIR - Manager - Marketing & Communication (6-10 yrs)
Profile Summary
If you have lived and breathed marketing for an IT company, we need to talk. We're looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who has experience in developing, implementing and executing marketing campaigns for technology companies in the US market and also is hands-on with content development for the IT industry.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire marketing plan to establish positioning, identify target audiences and customer persona, and plan/ develop an annual marketing calendar with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns end to end and own their implementation from ideation to execution (strategy, research, web services, event support, thought leadership but not limited to these)
- Lead effective execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration as well as ensuring the required ROI on Marketing Dollars, Channel Performance Review, etc.
- Analyze customer insights, market analysis, competitor study and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Manage all internal and external communication, PRs, guest articles/ quotes (Website, Email, Newsletters, Templates) & ensure cohesiveness and consistency of our branding strategy
- Approve all communication and oversee the creative development of case studies, deck presentation, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
- Articulate & communicate our story by implementing effective brand strategies
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies
- Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Effective management of all social media channels
- Drive client feedback through various channels - Online Reviews/ Clutch/ Goodfirms/ Google, etc. and utilize the feedback to initiate improvements
- Manage all online/ offline events, ensuring participation in different awards, etc.
- Administer HARO responses, monitor the organization's ORM & devise ways to improve its online presence
- Ensure marketing automation where ever possible
- Work with key leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment with Business Plans
Soft Skills :

- Ability to guide others through complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
Experience: 6 - 10 years with IT Industry
