ISHIR is seeking a leader with a go-getter attitude and excellent team handling, communication skills and strong IT Sales background who has strong passion & flair for selling IT services & penetrating business in the US market.
The candidate will be required to travel onsite and meet clients in-person as per the need. Someone with experience with handling US-based clients will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end sales cycle (from lead generation to closure)
- Lead a team of BDMs
- Ability to connect & interact with C-level
- Plan, implement, track and improve strategies for new business
- Meet Sales target allocated
- Qualify prospects by mapping the customers' pain point to ISHIRs services
- Build a relationship with the prospects and focus on value selling
- Identify opportunities by researching on targeted companies and contacts
- Travel onsite and meet clients in-person as per need.
Required Skill Sets :
- Experience in Lead Generation/ Sales with IT services company in the offshore model
- Tech-savvy, should be aware of various technologies (.Net, Open Source, SharePoint, Java, Mobile, Cloud, IoT, Blockchain, AI and QA).
- Should have experience with selling services like Custom Application Development, Mobile Application Development, Websites -Development, Digital Marketing, RPA, etc.
- Comfortable to take on a sales target and achieve the same
- Up-to-date with the latest technology trends in Microsoft, Open Source, Mobile, Cloud, IoT, AI and QA to do consultative selling to clients.
- Solid experience in managing software development clients and should be aware of software development and outsourcing risks and challenges.
- Must understand offshore development and its advantages
- Must have prior experience in handling large accounts.
- Proven track record of new client acquisition, client growth, and retention.
- Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as manage a team.
Note: You will be required to work in US Shift (7 PM - 4 AM OR 4 PM - 1 AM)
