ISHIR - Account Manager - Sales (7-10 yrs)
Profile Summary :

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overall client satisfaction, accounts growth while working closely with delivery and sales team
- Maintain and build relationship at different levels in client's company and constantly engage in learning clients pain and discover new opportunities
- Ability to handle conflicts, escalations and work with clients and team to derive solution for a problem. Drive the overall sales revenues and increase strategic value of the Services and solutions within an account
- Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans in defined accounts across various service-lines
- Cross -ell /Up-sell ISHIR services to existing accounts
- Build & maintain executive relationships with key stakeholders to increase the ISHIR's visibility & operate as key business contact within accounts for all issues and escalations
- Utilize existing client relationship to generate more leads by asking for references
- Serve as a SPOC for customer services issue escalation.
- Manage closure on customer's issue to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business from customer.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasting, as well as reporting on sales and revenue for all assigned accounts. Prepare monthly forecasts for sales reviews with the sales management team.
- Responsible for revenue collections
- Monitor, support and improve delivery and keep a check on customer's pulse
- Collect client testimonials
- Assist in marketing activities by collecting testimonials, references, help in preparing case studies and update collateral
Skills (Must Have)
- Up-to-date with latest technology trends in Microsoft, open source, mobile and testing to do consultative selling to clients
- Solid experience in managing software development clients and should be aware about software development and outsourcing risks and challenges
- Must understand offshore development and its advantages
- Must have prior experience in handling large accounts
- Proven track record of client growth and retention
- Well versed with development methodologies, tools and technologies used
Skills (Good to Have)
- Prior experience working with mid-size companies
- Ability to handle team
- Sales or project management background

- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills, self-driven, self-discipline, organized, and focused in conducting account management tasks
