iServeU - Executive - Customer Relationship (1-5 yrs)
This is a Customer Relationship Executive position in the inside sales team of our organization and is responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets and acquiring new customers through consultative selling of our in-house products through a defined channel of acquisition [Retail, Consumer and Merchant]
- Responsible for acquiring customers and converting into productive Sale.
- Support in cross-sell and collections.
- Meet defined sales and cross-sell targets
- Involved in direct interaction and communication with the customers for provision of customer support, redressing complaints and grievances through effective services.
- Regularly engage to maintain healthy relationship with existing clients
- Generate more business from existing clients
Address and resolve issues by co-coordinating with service delivery team.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Understanding and interest in financial /banking products and markets
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to solve the queries of the clients
