Roles and Responsibilities :
- Connecting the Clients through calls, emails, also take on follow-up roles as and when required.
- Generating leads for Relationship Managers /Advisors
- Assessing prospects, converting the dormant clients into active by convincing them
- Maintaining and submission of periodic MIS as per the requirement.
- Query Resolution by escalating client queries to respective departments.
- May involve promotional activities / sales.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Fluency in English language and willingness to help.
- Ability to inspire trust and confidence in clients.
- Good oral and written communication skills with clarity of thought, speech and expression.
- Good interpersonal skills

- This job involves quick hands on MS Excel and ability to manage telephone calls.
