Job Summary :

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Prime Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the fast-paced and competitive automobile industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a high-performance sales team, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in automotive sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy Development :

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.

Team Leadership :

- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the sales force to achieve individual and team goals.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs for skill enhancement.

Market Expansion :

- Identify and evaluate potential markets for expansion.

- Develop and execute plans to penetrate new markets and increase the company's presence.

Customer Relationship Management :

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and dealerships.

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Implement customer-centric initiatives to enhance the overall buying experience.

Sales Operations :

- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.

- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and finance, to ensure seamless operations.

Product Knowledge and Training :

- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and product offerings.

- Provide ongoing training to the sales team to ensure a deep understanding of the product portfolio.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automobile industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- In-depth knowledge of automotive products, market trends, and customer behavior.

- Ability to travel as needed.
