Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the education technology sector, and a deep understanding of the study abroad market. This role involves driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new business partnerships, managing existing relationships, and positioning iSchool India as a preferred partner for educational institutions.
Location : Mumbai (Borivali)/Noida (Sector 16)
Working Days - Mon - Friday (WFO)
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement a robust B2B sales strategy to target educational institutions, study abroad consultancies, and related organizations.
- Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals : Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of iSchool India's solutions.
- Negotiation & Closing : Lead negotiations with potential clients, secure contracts, and achieve sales targets.
- Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
- Reporting : Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience : Minimum of 0-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the Edtech or education sector. Experience in study abroad services is a strong plus.
Skills :
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong network within the education sector.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex product offerings.
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
